The Coronation Weekend
A three day event Celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III
by the Salcombe Town Council and its Associations
Sunday May 7th

The day will start at 10am with a Civic Service held in the Holy Trinity Church to celebrate the Coronation of His Majesty King Charles 111. It will be a joyous event, and everyone will be very welcomed alongside any members from any charitable and voluntary services. After the services you will be invited to stay for a coffee and biscuits.
Following the church service, the Big Lunch will start from 1pm at the Salcombe Primary School. You are invited to come along and BYO food & refreshments (tables & chairs will be supplied for those who have reserved prior to the day) but please feel free to bring your own garden chairs, picnic rug etc. Remember to pack the silver candelabra, tablecloths and flowers for the Best Dressed Table, “Fit for a King”, competition which will be judged, and a prizes awarded by The Harbour Hotel Salcombe. The afternoon will be packed with entertainment live music from Ben Carr, The Salcombe Larks will also be performing, and an open mike set with the Coronation official play list to sing and dance along to. Traditional sports day games a bouncy castle and space hoppers will make it a great fun day for all.
